The Society for Archaeological Sciences (SAS) is a non-profit organization for students and professionals working with physical and natural science applications in archaeology, paleoanthropology, and museum conservation, and for anyone who supports such research. Formerly this blog was a standalone online product of SAS. Since 2019, the blog and traditional Bulletin have merged and now Bulletin content is published here first and then summarized in quarterly digests received by SAS members.
